(Special note: All these photo's are taken with our little portable waterproof Lumix so they are not to the same level as usual with our Canon 5D)
Well we have fallen into a bad routine of waking up at midday lately and we had zero food in the house so we decided to eat at our favourite little shop in Canmore. 'La Belle Patate' which translated from french means 'The Beautiful Patato'.

So the next day we were no better as we woke up at 11:30am, we headed straight to the hills at Sunshine . It was a bit icy as, but in some parts plenty of powder, oh and the views were amazing....
I haven't had time to edit a video together but here is 4 mins and 45 seconds of hanging with us at Sunshine....
The powder in this area to the left was awesome so I stupidly decided to hike to the top for another run. My legs were shacking by the time I got to the top. Insane...
Was it worth it ? Not really...
This is where Sandrine carved up some awesome turns, I was soooo Proud.....
After a few runs we were wasted, not enough food before hitting the slopes. So we decided to refuel before heading home.
We ordered Nachos for 2, highly nutritious corn, msg, jalapenos and cheese with extra cheese.
We were going to snow board back to the car but now, not so much....

Wicked day of boarding....
